Raspberry Waffle Dessert Sour take inspiration from our favourite brekkie. We've used lashings of raspberry puree to bring bold fruit aromas, a vibrantly tart fruit flavour and a deep pink colour. A malt bill of oats, wheat and specialty grains layer flavour of bready waffle. The profile is rounded out by notes of vanilla and cream to balance the kettle soured base. This is the ultimate weekend feast!
