Our Team

Elena hails from cosmopolitan Melbourne, her heart forever enchanted by the sights and sounds of India, igniting a passion for wanderlust that continually draws her to seek new horizons and adventures. Pete, hails from a charming countryside property near Dubbo, he followed his dreams to Sydney for university. Pete’s professional career has since taken him on countless adventures, allowing him to explore the world and embrace the wonders of travel.
After they exchanged vows, they embarked on a new chapter in Sydney. From the moment Elena stepped onto the Northern Beaches in 2001, she was captivated, and there was no turning back.
Together, Elena & Pete plan to use their boundless passions for travel, enchanting culinary delights and the vivacious lifestyle of France and Italy to bring new experiences to Nomad brewing co. They plan to use their inspiration from the thrilling snow-laden landscapes of the Utah, and the rich, vibrant cultures of China and Vietnam to influence new flavours and experiences for your enjoyment.
