Jetlag is undergoing an evolution that will see it modernise and develop into a DDH IPA series. Each brew is double dry hopped with a different exciting hop combination to maximise aromas and flavour extraction then loaded up with oats for a smooth, juicy mouthfeel and hazy appearance.

Our Magpie has flown north to the tropics for this tropical rainforest edition. She’s foraged and found the rare rainforest lime to replace the normal Finger Lime. A little zestier and punchier than it’s finger lime counterpart, the flavours have combined beautifully with the bouquet of US hops, mosaic and citra to create an explosive fruit salad combination of mango, passionfruit and citrus aromas. With a solid and slightly sweet malt backbone to support the aroma, the result is a balanced and very drinkasble DIPA that makes this magpie warble with great pride and joy

A super special limited release SuperSonic with Maggie turning Japanese with the addition of the Yuzu citrus. Here at Nomad we’ve used the Yuzu before and loved the citrus zing so have combined this with the flavours of the very limited Lotus hops to pack a big citrus and fruit punch.

Trooper XPA was created and developed by Iron Maiden vocalist and beer enthusiast Bruce Dickinson and the Nomad brewing team. Bruce invited Nomad to develop a local variety of Trooper with a tropical DNA for Australian taste buds and for local vans of the band. The result is a 4.5% refreshing and big flavoured XPA loaded with Australian and American hops, including 3 new varieties.

When our good friends from Lervig paid us a visit, we thought it was obvious as we both brewed produce a beer called Supersonic to combine these double IPA’s to create an almighty triple IPA. Not for the faint hearted, we have loaded this with hops and malts to bring it up to a whopping 10%. As we love native ingredients at Nomad, we also added on of our favourite in Lemon Myrtle. What you’ll find is a balance of flavour and hop bitterness to create an amazing triple IPA experience

In collaboration with the chocolate masters at Darrell Lea, Nomad has created a Chocolate Liquorice bullet inspired stout celebrating Darrell Lea’s best selling chocolate. Rich dark chocolate with hints of liquorice creating a delicious decadent dark beer treat. Rich Creamy and infused with Darrell Lea’s own famous liquorice.
